By purchasing any of my services, you acknowledge that refunds are provided at my discretion, based on the conditions outlined in this policy. This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time, and updates will be reflected on this page.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Mutedspace, I strive to provide you with valuable and transformative services. However, I understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the steps you need to follow in order to request one.

Time frame for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase for all services, including coaching sessions, business strategy consultations, and workshops. After this period, no refunds will be granted.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, a refund may be issued after a discussion to better understand your concerns.

  • Incompletion of Service: If a service, such as a coaching session or workshop, was not completed due to scheduling or unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduled service.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booked session, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Amount

  • Full Refunds: Will be granted if the service was not provided or if it was canceled with sufficient notice (48 hours).

  • Partial Refunds: May be offered in cases where a service was partially delivered, or if you were dissatisfied with the outcome after an evaluation of the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed Services: Once a coaching session, strategy consultation, or workshop is fully completed, refunds will not be issued.

  • Failure to Attend: No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a booked session without prior cancellation notice.

  • To request a refund, please contact me at gunjan@mutedspace.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Service purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for requesting a refund

  • I will review your request and get back to you within 7 business days to confirm the refund or discuss any issues further.
