I am bringing back my grandma’s way of teaching yoga to the new age through my weekly Tuesday Lazy Bum Hatha Flow.
It’s meant for everyone — beginner to pro —
especially for the ones
who are tired (like, for real),
the ones seeking slowness but can’t take a break from overthinking,
the ones who want to understand their body and mind, not just force it.
